This journey is such a roller coaster ride. one day I'm proud and motivated the next I'm discouraged and emotionally fatigued. Then excited and renewed, then disappointed in myself. Happy, sad, losing, gaining, determined, hopeless, up, down, up, down... LOL today's an up day! I'm officially in size ten. May be up a point on the scale but I'm gonna be okay to admit it's nothing today. I was catching up on some fat secret social and it reminded me how awesome this app has been for my journey. Seeing the progress (and strife) of the people I interact with here is so grounding for me. I'm so proud of your accomplishments it helps me to see my own more clearly and be proud of myself as well. Thanks ladies and gents for all the support you have shown me and for sharing your own journeys! Yall got this!
