I am so happy to be seeing so much progress. I was told by a few different people that 1,200 calories a day is a little too extreme, but I am finding it hard to eat more. Yesterday, I ate what I thought was quite a bit of food, and I still came in under 1,200 calories! The problem is, is that I am getting full with just a little food, and not getting hungry enough to eat more. This is such a huge change from two weeks ago and I would have never thought that an actual serving of something would fill me up. This morning I had a piece of toast and some scramble eggs and I was full. Two weeks ago, I could eat two biscuits with gravy and a huge portion of cheese scrambled eggs.
It is wonderful, though. For once in my 8 month relationship, my boyfriend is finishing my leftovers, which is the way it should be!
