Nothing lost....nothing gained! Starting over today, going to do it this time, I am so ready to shed my last 15 lbs!!! I am very excited that I have been able to maintain below 160, but so ready to get into the 140's forever! Need to go grocery shopping and stock up for the next 9 days, but will do that tonight after work. Brought what I need to eat today and will get the rest tonight. Started off with a smoothie and lots of water...going to have some carrots for my mid morning snack and a salad for lunch. Not sure what is for dinner yet, will decide when I go shopping....I am going to do it this time, I am so ready! Went shopping again the other day for some more clothes that fit and I am down another pants size, so no matter what I know this is still working, following it 100% or not, I am still doing great I think! Best of luck to you all! When the going gets tough, the tough get going!!!!

you are going great! :)I to find it so hard the loose the final pounds ahhhhhhhh~~ but i'm really sticking to it this time :)

Hi Hedder52 Thanks for all of your wonderful comments. You are one of the many reasons why I just love you guys and this site. You are doing great, those last few pounds are always the hardest. You will get rid of them in no time.......Go Hedder Go Hedder Go!!!!
