Could *not* believe my eyes this morning when I saw this number! 🙁 But that’s what the scale says so I’m logging it - and hoping it’s incorrect reading.

I’ve had some *very* bad salt days lately so maybe that’s part of it. In any case, I need to figure this out.

I to eat alot of salt and wonder if this is why my weight is not going so good. You got this Grandmalaura !!!! don't get discouraged scales will be way down in a few days

Don't get discouraged grammalaura. I can't see that number jump up fast. I got a new scale a few weeks ago because I had feeling something was wrong with my other scale. Sure enough I stepped on the new scale and was happy to see I lost weight and then I stepped on my old scale and it was saying I was 5 lbs more then my new scale. Even after three weeks of buying my new scale the older one now says I'm 13 lbs more. So it's going to the dump.
