FS family I need your prayers. Me and my husband were in a bad car accident Wed afternoon. I broke ribs on both sides and some bones in my neck. He broke some in his back and had to have ankle surgery. We are doing good and thanking God cause we know it could of been worse. Its going to be long slow road to get back to our usual steps but we both are in good spirits and are determined to keep moving forward.

Prayers. I hope they gave you an incentive spirometer and please use it so you don't get worse by developing pneumonia. Make sure you make yourself cough a few times every hour and when you do hold a pillow against your ribs to try to help with the pain. Use the incentive spirometer at least 15-20 times an hour. Just the nurse in me teaching.

not getting on much just trying to heal. thanks everyone for your prayers. we are mending slowly taking baby steps but each step is a step closer to getting well.
