Great work! I belive it is because sincerely want to capture your health back. It has been my experience that the less wheat we eat, the better the mental health. As a matter of fact, the Mental Health System did a study a few years back where they took ALL wheat away from their incarcerated, worse case schizophrenics for 30 days and without exception, they all improved, a high percentage to almost normal. And like our good government, after their 30 day experiment, they gave it back and all reverted back to psycosis.  

Dude, you are doin' it! I was 455 at my highest. I've been over and under 400 way too many times. Keep doing what you're doing and commit to doing it for a long time. like a year, to give your mind and body time to adapt to a lifestyle change that will produce a healthier you! You are worth it!

If I was you I schedule a yearly physical with your family doctor, while the weight lost is great, you should make sure everything else is normal.
