Did great eating-wise even though the day itself was a total emotional shit show. Fought with husband, fought with best friend, people in my life not keeping their word. Employees giving notice that they're quitting. But I will not be swayed by any of this. Eating poorly on a bad day just gives me one more problem, whereas doing well gives me at least ONE win for the day!

It is a stressful time of year! You are so right about poor food choices only making everything worse. It's also the season for love and forgiveness. We all say and do things that need to be forgiven. Open your heart and your arms. Peace is worth it.
