DAY 3: SO YESTERDAY 😥 YEAH I MADE IT. GOD REALLY SHOW US OURSELVES IT JUST DEPENDS ON IF WE WANT TO LISTEN. SO FUNNY THING IS I TOLD MY HUSBAND THIS WASN’T A SPIRITUAL FAST THAT I WAS ONLY FASTING FOR HEALTH REASONS WELL THE FATHER THE SON AND THE HOLY GHOST HAD OTHER PLANS. YESTERDAY I SEEN HOW IM NOT ONLY ADDICTED TO CARBS BUT FOOD IN GENERAL. I AM AN EMOTIONAL EATER AND I WAS NOT DOING AS WELL AS I THOUGHT THAT I WAS. SO AFTER 50HRS IF FASTING I ATE ABOUT 500CAL CHICKEN STIR FRY AND RICE NOT BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY OR LETHARGIC OR ANYTHING I JUST WANTED TO. ITS SAD AS I SAT AND LOOKED IVER MY LIFE OF EATING OFTEN IM EATING AND NOT HUNGRY NOT LISTENING TO THE BEST THING I CAN WHICH IS MY BODY. I NEED THE LORD TO HELP ME BREAK THESE BAD HABITS AND I THANK GOD FOR SHOWING ME MYSELF I HAVE TO LISTEN IF I WANT TO GET BETTER AND LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE!

Rice? I suggest you get rid of the carbs in the house if your addiction takes over that easy. I had to do it at my house and know others in the same boat. Smoker is gonna keep smoking as long as they carry their cigarettes in their pocket at all times. A carb addict will keep carb loading as long as they have easy access to carbs. Maybe you are not addict yet? I don't know for sure but this sounds like carb craving.

Remember not to beat yourself up, just note what went wrong, make a plan to avoid it in the future, get up, and start from clean slate again. You can do this. 👍

Yohoyoh thank you!!! But I know food is my drug of choice and I am am an emotional eater plus I know I have to admit it so that I can receive the help I need. I’ve been in denial all these years and I am getting bigger and bigger well I have lost 20 pounds but you get the picture and now I have an autoimmune disease and pre diabetic. I thank God for fat secret and the help and support I’ve been receiving and please pray for me because I have a husband and 5 children one working teen/ adult and a senior in high school and 3 little ones and I’m trying to incorporate my lifestyle changes with them it was a bit challenging but it’s getting a bit better but they complain about the quinoa and healthier things I provide.

I’m not being hard on myself I’m just listening and I want to do better. I am tempted more easily than I had liked to admit. It’s bad knowing that life depends on how and what you eat and sometimes it’s not motivating enough
