It's taken me a year to get rid of that 20kg. Now on to the next 20. I lifted a 20kg bag of animal feed yesterday and it was bloody heavy, I wouldn't want to be carrying it everywhere with me, yet this time last year I was. So I will be sticking to my keto-ish, low carb, no sugar, small portions diet for the foreseeable future, I need to get rid of my excess weight once and for all and fit back into that old pair of jeans I used to wear 30 years ago.

Great work on the 20kg. I am just getting started myself and it is really hard to get the weight off. A bit down, then a little up. Haven't even started on the Xmas parties yet.
