I haven't been doing well with a Girl Scout campout weekend last weekend, several end of the school year get togethers, and a Boy Scout pot luck yesterday. Gained 4 lbs over that time. I'm going back on the wagon I just fell off. I'm bummed that I won't make it to my Birthday Goal Weight. BUT...I'm very optimistic that I will get down to my goal weight sometime this summer!! I know I can do it!!

63,5 кг Потеряно до сих пор: 1,8 кг. Еще предстоит сделать: 8,2 кг. Следовательность диеты: Плохо.

Набралось 1,3 кг за Неделю

Oh, the Scouts...where would we be without them! lol I sure remember those days! :-) Certainly understandable that you fell off the wagon. The good thing is that you didn't let it run you over! ;-) I love your optimism and can-do attitude about reaching your goal~~~I have no doubt that you Will! Glad you guys had a great time!
