See, you so not be afraid of gaining. Your weight loss is based on strong and stable foundation. You maintain at 1,800-2,200 kcal!!! You eat food, real food. You do not starve. You follow no fad diet. You are not afraid of carbs. Believe it, its happening. There is no going back that way. But you should not expect any further linear weight loss or maintenance since your are so close to your target weight. Fine tuning takes time for ever.
