I hate today, today was horrible......
I will be laid off at the end of this month. What a horrible day this day has turned into!! I can't believe I gained 6lbs!!!! I can believe my job lost but a 6 pound gain I don't believe!! I feel like giving up......
but I'm going to keep trying and never give up no matter what.
I hope this day ends well.

181,8 кг Потеряно до сих пор: 4,2 кг. Еще предстоит сделать: 97,9 кг. Следовательность диеты: Достаточно Хорошо.

Набралось 3,0 кг за Неделю

Don't give up!!! Check your water intake to make sure you are drinking enough water!!! You have lost 9 pounds so far which is great!!! To give up now would be to give back all that hard work you did to lose those 9 pounds!! You have done a great first step in making the decision to make a lifestyle change....this is a great decision...now move forward with your great decision and make it happen!! You can do it!!! I hope you get another job quickly. Take care and keep it moving!! :)
