So things didn't end so well yesterday as far as points go, but I got enough exercise in this week (even though I didn't put it in my tracker) to counter-balance it and I lost considerably less than I did last week...but it's okay and I am happy about it. 1.4 pounds is nothing to frown at! We went and had drinks last night and made frito boats for dinner and it was soooo good! I was proud of myself though, I only had a handful of chips and a little bit of chili and cheese. I wasn't so disciplined with the alcohol though and definitely paid for it at the end of the night! :( But I have learned my lesson the hard way that the bartenders in downtown Charleston give you your money's worth of alcohol in your drink and will NOT be making the same mistake again! Haha. I have been so stinkin sluggish all day today and it is driving me crazy! So...I have lots of work to do at the barn tomorrow to make up for the lack of work I did today! Of course, with the feeling of a hangover looming, I immediately wanted greasy unhealthy food, so I gave in and had mcdonalds this morning and when that didn't solve it and I mustered enough courage to try and eat this afternoon, I went to Applebees and had a super early dinner there. Cheese sticks, french dip sliders (I only ate one though!) and some fries. My stomach finally feels like it is settling down a little bit. The best part is I never actually lost it today and kept everything down and didn't have a headache! I am fortunate that all my hangovers consist of is feeling a little uneasy and completely useless for the day! So anyway...my week started today and I have a lot of research to do as far as how many points I ate today. I am not going to let me bombing one day ruin my week anymore. I have plenty of time to make up the points with exercise and with all of the work I will be doing at the barn tomorrow...it will give me a good headstart!!! :)
