It’s by solar return! Happy bday to me and all my bday (libra) twins. This morning was nothing short of emotional roller coaster. I finally weighed in. 232lbs (231 before i grabbed my phone) This is the second time I’ve been this low as an adult. The other day I said I wasn’t to weigh in til the 9th of October so its a full 60 days but I did take pictures. My bloating as lessened & i lost inches in my waist.

I really wish the daily weighing didn’t stress me out as much as it did because I’d really liked to see it graphed on when i started to drop. Today I’m going to 2 walks. A walk and watch the sun rise & one later to watch it set. Just so thankful for this journey, another year & all of you for your encouragement. Having complete strangers root for you is unmatched.
