Too much cabbage with the meats 🙃 

Hahah! Eral66, I'm actually not too displeased. I have yet to get into "diet" mode, so I think I will drop a few pounds quickly when I do. I've just been feeling sorry for myself and trying to get enough sleep between work and readjustment. 😁 I'm thinking I'll have to blame more on the perfect breads and lovely chocolate and wonderful cheese rather than either meat or cabbage! 😂 

It's hard to come back from such a wonderful trip, I'm sure. 

Totally worth it, I'm sure! Your pictures were divine. I thoroughly enjoyed vacationing through you! 

Well done Melissa not so bad! I reckon it will move quickly too. When I'm in the mode it's pretty easy to be consistent. I hope you get some good rest and be good to yourself while you get through your jetlag 💗

It really warms my heart to know folks enjoyed my travels with me! I don't feel too horrible about this gain. Today I'm entering my last year in the forties. Big 50 is coming. Balance in life means not always thinking about food... What to eat and what not to eat... Yes, care, but I'm not wanting to obsess! ! 😁 As I was just telling princess, I was higher by several pounds than this earlier in the year and not for such a great reason. German food was worth it! I'll just move forward from here. 😂 ❤️

At least your gain came from travels unlike some people (person) who went nowhere and just overate. LOL. They (she) shall remain unnamed. 😂

Thank you, wifey and mbuzz! I've still got one year left. I'd like to enter the 50s strong and fit. 💪🙏 ❤️ Erq, I think the fact that I "traveled" by foot so much helped a ton to offset the intake. Someone asked me what my plans were to celebrate my bday. I told them I already did for a month! 😁  

Thank you so much, dear Princess! 👭 ❤️ Petra, it isn't quite in reverse yet... But, it will be! Had tons of special treats today, but I'll be back on track! Kattay, thank you so much! It WAS a really nice break! 😁 Shrewdness, I sure don't feel skinny, but it is amazing how just a little snug feeling in clothes or a little bit more swollen tummy feels so rotten... Enough to make me want to get back to normal! It will also feel good getting back to the gym. I have yet to go. Sore muscles, here I come! 😁 I did go for a 10 mile walk the other day with my friend, and I was surprised that I was a bit sore. After walking far further many many days, I really didn't expect it to be strenuous at all. But, walking super quickly is a lot different than just walking all day. 😁  

Thanks, Diablo... But, I probably lost some muscle too. My legs got all the movement, but my upper body suffered a bit im sure! 😁 As long as I can get it together now, I'll be OK... I just need to... Get on the move and get it together! 😁
