got to get myself back up . dust down and start again . been told after 7+ years of coughing i have a heart murmur . then i fall of the wagon , then get told i am smack on the money , heading foe type 2 diabetes .
so this week i am putting my foot down . if him indoors wants to eat the tatt . then count me out .

Hey Maxi! Good to hear from you,,I also have a heart murmur, it doesn't really bother me unless I'm not well, then I can feel the palpitations. You are not going to end up with Diabetes because you ARE going to do this and get back in control of ur body,,it's more difficult when uv someone else in the house, my daughter has to have her snacks for school etc in the cupboards BUT I try and buy eg a 6pk of crisps instead of a 24pk,,,coz IL eat them!! You can do this 💪❤️

Thank you for those lovely comments . I am in a better place in my head now . If someone round me wants to eat what they want , then let them . Me I am on a new road to success . Spoken to the lady from a charity, set up to help those in my place . Bless her she has signed me up to a 9 month programme . I will get help when help is needed . And best of all I am not doing this on my own , I am joining in , in a free On-Line catch up to discuss it all . Wonderful .
