8 hrs sleep last night if I include the 2.6 hr nap yesterday from 500pm to 730pm, as could not keep my eyes open. To bed 1230am. To sleep 1245am. Awake 630am. Resting Blood Pressure 124/83 53 irregular pulse.
I did not feel very well yesterday. It was so very hot and horribly humid. No energy to make a proper meal. Ate watermelon & corn on the cob and drank a lot of water, but still felt nauseous and really tired all day. After my nap I felt somewhat better so ate some leftover spaghetti sauce & pasta I had in freezer.
Last night I ended up sleeping in my office where I have a portable air conditioner, as was a little worried the heat was really getting to me.
