Starting all over again. Been in one of them moods for the last month where I just couldn't be bothered. Doesn't help when my partner doesn't want to even try to be healthy. And when I try and cut down she goes out and buys a cupboard full of chocolate and biscuits. Going to try mixing meals with protein shakes as I'm excersising a lot more now. Wish I had some local support though. Will see in the next month how well I do. Wish me luck 🤞

Tbh I'm kinda in the same boat hubby doesn't eat healthy. But I just have to cook different meals.

Best of luck, I’m detaching myself from everything the wife eats, it’s the only way. How she stays a size 10/12 is beyond me.

good luck i have the same with my hubby skinny as a lampand doesnt have to watch what he eats as he doesnt put the weight on but ive been good for 3 days now and lost weight my problem is sticking to it

Thank you all. I need to do this before I'm 40. My wife is not supportive at all. When I said I wanted to cut down she went out and brought cakes and biscuits. Just done my own shop today full of protein as I'm working out more now. Time will tell. Music definitely helps me excersise. Good luck to you all too. I will post results as they happen in the coming weeks 👍

You can get lots of support on here but isn't great when your partner doesn't support you regardless of if they want to loose weight or be healthy. Good going on getting your own shopping 👍 you got this. 👊
