I have been doing well on the healthy lifestyle changes these last few months, although in the last 2 weeks I have been slacking at the gym/workout end of it. Last week it was because I had volunteered my time to work on a multi-year class reunion for a school I graduated from and I had very little time for myself at all. This week started bad as yesterday, due to a campaign meeting, my schedule was backed up and then I had to do my door-to-door campaigning which threw everything off for the day. What I later realized was I could have fit in gym time. However, it seemed perhaps I reached one of my interim goals where I have always seemed to stop before, then started my trek back up the scale. I think I may be doing it to myself again. As a matter of fact, I remember the day I got out of the army I weighed 181 lbs. and although my body mass had a lot less fat and more muscle I think somehow my mind is stuck on that number. Not taking my age into consideration I believe my mind is saying this is where you should be. So here I am – fighting my mind. I have to get out and do some campaigning for a while today, I have a wake to attend later in the day, but I MUST make time for the gym today. I am telling myself; it has to get done. These are my 3 objectives for this day.

Just so you know Skydiverjim, I think you look very healthy and slim!!! 💪💪💪👍 I wake up every day planning to be produtice and then a voice in my head says,” Haha good one!” and we laugh and laugh and take a nap. 😆 Enjoy your day, don’t take life too too serious, it will get you down.🌞☀️

I had a much longer response prepared but it started to get too long so I will just leave it at thank you all so much. Your words of support mean very much to me. This is an amazing social platform. It is too bad we all did not live in the same city together. It would be an amazing city full of positive supporting friends.
