People can read what they like in this journal entry . There are reasons for my bad diet my mother has been hospital for eighteen weeks and went to Worthing hospital for an xray yesterday and a CT scan today hopefully when when I visit her tomorrow in her community care facility we as a family can move on and move forward and hopefully get back on my game. I apologise to anyone who find this post offensive

chestnut your never offensive. misunderstood maybe at times but that's on people that don't take time to understand. times like these are tough. so no worries on the gain. you'll be back soon. stay strong my friend.

Oh how could you think anyone will be offended?! We all love our mothers! A poorly mum is frightening and heartbreaking, everything else goes on the back burner. Look after her, then when she’s steady and even you can get back to looking after yourself. Keep us up to date.
