Kinda went off the rails last night. Don't know why, cuz my day was fine. I was home, no bra, no shoes, no work related crisis, kitties sleeping peacefully, bird porn on the patio wall, TV playing Hallmark's x-mas in July movies, food in the fridge...WTF?

A cloudy day in Phoenix, so it matches my mood. Gonna take advantage and prep salad fixin's to take into the office tomorrow. Trying to get ahead of next Monday. The less I have to contend with in the morning, before having to commute, the better.

Weigh in today isn't "real" since my normal weigh in's reflect not eating after midnight, and undressed, but given that I was 263 on this date back in 2019, I'll take the red arrow in stride. New scale requires WORK! I may have to rethink my daily weigh in's and just do it on weekends. I don't see having the time to invest on a daily basis that getting the analysis to sync requires and still get out the door on time.

Happy Thorsday y'all! Me with Loki at the 2015 Phoenix Comicon putting the hammer down. That's 50 lbs I've lost since then.
