well hello my friends its been awhile, got my knee replacement done 4 weeks ago and on the mend. If anyone is on the fence about having it done do it, there will be some pain involved but after four weeks im up and about and even with a little hitch in my giddyup im 95% better than i was before. With all that being said im not exactly following calories anymore as i am watching portion control and what i am consuming trying to eat healthy and some daily excersize right now walks and bicycleing but the first thing i thout when i hit 290 was got to share with someone

Terrific loss! Congrats! Glad your replacement had gone so well. I had both done at the same time and am one if the 3% who have issues. Had 3 manipulations & 2 revision surgeries. Been in pain ever since. But the majority of people tend to have a good outcome, so would still recommend it. Friends have done really well, healed pretty quickly, and have been able to be more active than before it and less pain. Hope your recovery continues to go well!
