Well decided to weigh in this morning just to see....I am down again, not much, but Aunt Flow is visiting so can't take it to heart, I guess the way I look at it is a loss is a loss and that is all that matters!!! I was hoping that it is more, but I will take it. I have been doing great on following the food and working out faithfully, so I am hoping that it is more...will weigh and measure after the "Aunt" leaves! :-) Things are going great otherwise, can't wait to measure and see where I stand. Instead of working out today I sat in the sauna for an hour, boy that is torture, but they say it really helps get you jump started for working out...we will just have to wait and see what happens! I think I lost 5 lbs just setting there though...it was good! Well hope all is well with everyone else! Keep Smashing!

You are doing great. A bigger loss will show up next week. I usually gain 2-3 pounds when Aunt Flow is here but it comes off when she packs her bags and leaves.......
