So I’ve been getting used to different weightloss sites. Hmmm… not sure which way I shall go yet, although I 8ntend to keep up with my sparkling Sparky friends either way.
The weight loss does seem to be going well though, so that’s a positive. Walked a fair bit today as I had a few different chores to get done, including a dental appointment. Cooled off in the pool at 6pm and then read a book in the sun.

Who’d have thunk? 6pm in hot sun!

Looks lovely indeed! I'm not sure which way I'm going either. Have just joined FitnessPal too, and also NetDiary...it's hard to decide what to doooooooo :(

Looks very refreshing! I personally have decided to stay with Fat Secret. It's definitely not the same as SP, but it suits my needs.

Sounds like a brilliant day! One day the best place to live will be Siberia or northern Canada. Do you speak Polish? I understand it 😀 Years ago I had great friends in Helsingør/Danmark, they taught me.
