Yesterday I lost some weight the quickest way but also the most unpleasant way. I ate some spice food and it causes serious irritation in my stomach and regurgitation. I have to remind myself continually that this is not worth it and avoid spicy food like the plague.
I think I'm on mark to get below 200 for Father's day and 190 by July 4th now that my summer break is at hand. Please keep me in prayer for continued succes. The picture below of my daughter made the April edition of Focus on the Family. <><

We give monthly to Focus on the Family. (Don't know if my hubby is aware- but we do. 😁) I love it! She is an absolute doll! I'll pray for you and you pray for me for continued success!
