The first week is always the best week, I usually have so much motivation and dedication to being healthy.

But my problem right now is I'm struggling to stay consistent, to follow through with the healthy living to the following week. If I could just hold out for a month I know where I would be, but that's just it, I'm can't find that drive to keep going. And all I keep doing is starting over. Losing a bit then gaining it all back again.

I also like to blame my circumstances: I had a terrible week, my mother has come to visit, we are going away for the weekend. But they are not to blame. I am, for making poor choices and letting myself get to this unhealthy, uncomfortable and just not enjoyable weight.

I want to do fun thing, and have a body that can actually walk up a hill without feeling like I'm going to die. Sometimes I feel like I'm not actually living a life I'm supposed to because my body can't do all the actions it was made to do.

So from today, a New Week and almost a new month I want to make myself accountable and actually try and put the effort in to lose weight and reach my goals. Because more active and try new things.

I want to live!!!!
