Staying steady which is expected and perfect. Going to 80% of my low RDI 4 days a week then 100% of my RDI two days a week seems to be working for a 2 pound per week net loss.

I'm looking at short term goals (like weekly and monthly goals) which is easier for me than looking at losing 100 pounds.

I was very happy when I was losing 1 1/2 pounds a week. 1 pound is great too. It's the little wins. Thanks for your help by the way. It's working.

Little wins are big wins when you're struggling with weight every day and every minute of that day. Going to someone's birthday party last night and eating before I went was a big help. It's so much easier for me to say no completely at an event like that than to take a plate and try to have "a little". I'm an all or nothing person. Once I start, it's hard to stop. :)

Smaller goals are good, they you get to feel the high of accomplishing your goals so much more often. :)

Just take it one day/week at a time. :) I having shorter term goals as well. Like I wanted to round off 30lbs total loss for January and I've already hit it. :D And to lose 40-50lbs by the end of March for my trip. :) And at 40lbs down I want to buy a new pair of running/walking shoes! :D You are doing Great! :) And all those little goals will add up in the end! ^_^
