Bloated from yesterday's dinner... It's so good for my soul andmind to have dinner with my favorite friends, that it's worthitevenif itwill take me one week to compensate for this.
Anyway, I am reducingthe food and calorie amount Ieat daily, and want to slowly get to 1700/1800 kcal.
I have been visiting my family in Italy over Christmas, and my stomach was used to ingest huge amounts of food. Now it'stime to go back ontrack!
Thisyear I am planning to loose (again) 10kgs (about 20lbs), that I put on during 2013. I would like tofind a way such that family issues andemotions don't interfere anymore with my eating style. I have been able to overcome eating raptuses, and also night eating sessions. Also when I am super sad, I learned to head to the gym and stay away from the fridge. What messed up everything last year was eating at the canteen where I am working. I got used to the large portions, the unhealthy sauces, too many carbs on the dish and eating too fast, in a way I don't fill when my stomach is full.
I did it because I had no energy to cook and pack my lunches during the evenings.
Now I am changing that. And in case I go to the canteen, I will have salad.

Time to head to the office!

Setting a plan is the first step. Do you have a day off in the week where you could prepare some stuff ahead of time? The best thing for me to remember not to overeat is today is not the last time I will be able to eat whatever it is I tried to overindulge in.

That's good advice! Thanks! In the past I used to cook on Sunday afternoons for the whole week, then I was freezing partly also for emergency (empty fridge evenings). I can start doing that again! :)
