Not been in a happy space for along time now . When you live with a bully . Who only thinks of themselves . It makes my life harder than before . I have found myself not even thinking of myself , let alone stick to a diet . So for this mini challenge has been a massive failure . But i am hoping to restart another one soon . So watch this space , keep your eyes open . I am very grateful for all the support .

I was you 25 years ago I left with my 4 daughters and never looked back it's not as scary as you think and deep down you will wonder at how amazing you really are when you are free x

I also was where you are, it took me to see a red telephone box, on the outside and inside,,with my blood,,,and photos from my lawyer where I didn't recognise myself for me to pack a rucksack and go with my baby daughter in tow,,I know it's hard but please don't be me, leave now 🤗❤️❤️
