Things have been very quiet at my home front, and I am grateful to the Lord. My husband did insist I make a run to the thrift store this afternoon to take some things I had culled out. I so wanted to have about 3 glasses of wine tonight while making dinner but I held out and didn't have any. This is my 16th day without any. I had some for 2 days when our daughter was here, but before that, I went 20 days. I need to curb myself to lose for the HealthyWage challenge I am in with Debbie Cousins. The lower I go, the harder it is to lose. I may need to fast at the end, in July. So far, so good. I did write a note of thanks to those supporting me in the comments to my last journal. It means so much to me.
