I should have said this before I saved the weigh in. I gotta say this though. I had not be with my family in a long time. The children. some of the grands and the two great grand came home for Easter weekend. I was really happy to see them. And usually when we would all get together, we will eat, drink and be Merry lol. So I was afraid that I would over do the thing. I ate pretty good, whatever I wanted. even had those cookies I mention about in one of my journals. Everyone left. I had to do some cleaning, I was worn out from all the activities. Now I found myself thinking. what have I done, and did I do to much which I know I did. I went in the bathroom, looked over at the scale. but said nope I'm not getting on you. I didn't. I knew it was weigh in today and thought it will be what it will be. But if I tell you out of all that I did. there was a slight drop. or shall I say I didn't gain everything I've lost back. So this made my day. Just sharing. I hope everyone has had a wonderful day. We can do this. I'll keep moving...

We are all starved for human connection and quality time with loved ones! Add to that the anxiety of gathering after we’ve been told not to for so long and we’re bound to have a treat :D I have yet to break the seal, but when I do it will be with in-laws and I already know my macros will be off with the amount of “half glasses of wine” his family pours! As long as we don’t spiral we’ll be just fine! Cheers to keeping hydrated and moving our bodies with loving kindness
