Started my fast on this day... 12-10-13 

I'm going to start a juice fast new years did one in oct. for 10 day and lost 10 pounds and felt great..pretty much maintain threw the holiday...would like to loose 10 more!! Good luck to you! 

Hi there... Thanks for the invite! Day 17 of my liquid fast which is mostly raw, I am using an organic whole egg and shell in my smoothie. I read really good things about eating organic egg shell and have to concede that I see a difference in the stability of my teeth. Anyway I have been contemplating a Juice Feast, I am off the first week in January so it would be an ideal time to take on that challenge. It takes so much time to make the juice fresh and in my opinion it tastes so much better when it's less than a couple of hours old. I use an Omega Masticating Juicer and it does tend to allow for the juice to stay fresher longer than my previous Breville Juicer.
