How to gain 10 lbs in a week = DELIVERY!

3/4: 235.5 so close to GOAL = dinner from The Noodle House
3/5: 238.5 OOPS, but did that stop me? = Panda Express
3/7: 241 Nope, I'm on a roll = Burger King
3/9: 242 And so it goes = Popeyes
3/12: 248 Gotta get a grip, but not today = Chipotle
3/13: 247.5 Not sure about the drop, but = Wildflower Bread Company
3/14: 245 Alrighty then, another drop, so = Charlie Mae's Soul Food

And here we are again!

Getting my 1st vaccine shot today, and so I whipped up a batch of my Lentil Chili last night. Everything I've heard so far about people being ill had to do with those that are still eating meat or heavy meals before and after their shots.

Fingers crossed. Happy Monday.
