I visited my doc on Monday and he was astounded by the weight loss but I must say in the past week I've faltered a few times but I am getting right back on that horse asap. Just have to keep thinking, nothing taste as being thin feels. On the bright side, a lot of my old clothes fit and more to come!

Great job! Isn't it a great feeling to be able to wear some of your old clothes? It has inspired me to keep at it because I have so many clothes I can't wait to fit into! We started about the same time and I'm down 18 pounds. I can't beleive how well this diet is working. SO glad to see it's the same for you. Keep smashin'

That's great, Alex! Soon enough, you won't be fit in your old clothes anymore and you'll have to go out & buy new ones. ;)

I can relate to the fitting of old clothes. I am finally starting to fit into things again. I'd always kept a pair of pants around that was my intent to fit into again someday. I have a ways to go, but when I get there I'll make sure to have a big party. :) Great job!
