Weigh-in: Fell into classic trap of exercising more and eating more! Back on track today (Saturday) foodwise!
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 6/7 days YTD: 38.1% (24/63days) enjoying the walks - averaging 45 minutes!
No Junk Food: 5/7 days YTD: 58.7% (37/63days) Doing better on the junkfood, but still overate starchy carbs, fat & sodium (potatoes, crackers, bread)
*Year Goal: under 200 pounds, size 16-18/XL/1x clothing (currently 22-24/3x)
Life update: Decided to move from building in 5 months! eeek! Big change for me but happily purged & decluttered for a Friday donation dropoff - felt great for this clutterbug! Have booked my friend for another Donation Friday next week :) The walking & decluttering have really motivated me. I am forgetting to log my food & exercise on here but I still weigh everything LOL. Feel very focused for week ahead!
March measurements: bloating due to the excess processed carbs has me back to Jan numbers LOL! I do feel smaller, overall, so April should look fab :)
