80 lbs lost as of today!!!

I now get to make my new 20 lbs down the line goal of *100 lbs lost* I am excited and scared.. and I hope I am good today usually I induge a little when I hit my goals but with my period coming up I will be lucky to keep all of this loss while it is here.

Anyways I am totally up for helpful suggestions. I would really really like to keep up my 10 lbs a month (28 days)I have going for the most part because that would be me at my 31st bday for 100 lbs lost. It will take some definite luck and tons of hard work to get there. So I must be good. Must try to resist cake. But resisting cake feels so wrong on a day I want to celebrate like the day I hite 80 lbs lost. Anyways. My little sister may meet my man friend today at lunch I am looking forward to that and possibly roller skating I am hope I can still do it well because when I hit a 100lbs lost that was going to be my awesome prize to myself--my own roller skates and then I could add that to my exercise repetoire cause gyming is getting so hella boring boring boring. cannot wait for it to get nice out!
