My weight was up this morning, as I expected it to be. I only got in 5 cups of water, and drank about 3/4 of a 2-liter Diet Coke. The only thing I had to eat after I listed everything in my Journal yesterday was a Cheesy Chicken Risotto with 1-oz of Cashews, followed by 1/12th of a 7" Keto Cheesecake - which turned out VERY well, by the way. The crust (made of just crushed almonds and butter) was especially delicious - I LOVE anything that crunches!

Well, what to do going forward? This morning for breakfast, I ate a McDonalds sandwich that my grandson didn't eat yesterday - sausage, egg & cheese on a hamburger bun (to which I added some mayonnaise). I'm thinking I'll take today "off," too, and spend the day trying to decide and prepare myself for getting back on track tomorrow. What that track will BE is yet to be determined.

I'm open for suggestions on what I should do. Some of you have known me for over two years and have watched my journey. What do you think has worked best for me? What do you think is the most effective way for me to lose weight quickly (so I can achieve my HealthyWage goal)? Right now, I'm 3.3 pounds BEHIND where I should optimally be. Time to play catch-up!!! Once I catch up, I need to lose 2.5 pounds a week through June 27th and I will get $1,369! BIG reason for me to get back on track ASAP! Thanks in advance for your input!
