Getting out of the 30s has definitely been the slowest so far. I know it’s because I have less areas to lose from and that I’m also doing it in a healthy way. But I’m soooo excited to see the 20s so I can be in maintenance ❤️❤️ I should be there in the next week to ten days!! Onward! Woohoo!

Thank you!! I’m honestly shocked because I’ve been through an insane amount of extremely stressful situations in the last 9 months and had every excuse in the book to binge on comfort food. I guess my resolve is much stronger than I gave myself credit for!!

Same, girl!! Congratulations and I fully understand! Having started in the 200's, I hope to be in the 120s in the next 7-10 days. The 130s have dragged on like no other before it! I have to keep reminding myself that at one time the 130s seemed like a faraway dream. And I never really thought I would see the 120s! I cannot wait for the maintenance stage, although I know it's supposed to be just as difficult to maintain as to lose.

Omg larilyn!!! That’s amazing and huge congrats to you!! You’re absolutely correct: I remember being stuck in the 50s for MONTHS and thought it would take a miracle to see the 40s. It’s such an odd journey: seems like it went soooo slow and yet I find myself saying “omg I’m already here!” This community helps so much for sure. ❤️

Congrats! You've come a long way. I'm just getting into all this. Still trying to figure out my macros and what not. Just did all the calculating for the first time. You sound like you got it down.
