Day 10 of Spring Cut
60 Hours Fasted

Pretty pleased to have finally made it through two overnights with 100% compliance. Tostitos were calling my name last night. Fuck Tostitos. I am carrying 20# of Tostitos around my waist wherever I go. That's what I am eating. On top of the fasting insomnia, got woken up by the kids twice last night. I thought the parental sleep deprivation phase ended no later than age four. Apparently not. Mirror still looks like shit and beach-ready remains quite a haj away, but at least the spare tire is now separating into discrete love handles and pooch. Progress! Feel good this morning, but mornings are never the challenge. Plan is to refeed on ribeye tonight.
