people l don't know what happens,but my period has been stopped. What should l do?😭

Zara...are you super fat or super thin because either of those can cause period to stop. Or old. Or pregnant...but probably better to put on your own journal, right?

Zara, did you drastically change something with movement or food, how old are you? Are you having any type of abdominal discomfort? Have you taken a pregnancy test? Are you overly stressed? Either way hun, time to see your doctor to address the issue and run some labs and possibly an ultrasound. 💜💚

I’m the same height as you, 5’2”, recently found out that I lost an inch in height at some point. I am amazed by your success. It must take serious motivation to lose so much weight. I have lost 81 pounds since June 13, but I’m on prescription weight loss medications and I know I will gain the weight back when I stop the medications. I just started the bariatric surgery program because I don’t have the sort of motivation to do what you have done on your own. Anyway, if you can do this, you can do anything else you put your mind to.
