Moving slowwwwwwly. The last 10 always seem to be the hardest but I’m soooo proud of myself for not gaining over the holidays, with covid, a break up, two cross country moves, the loss of my dog, and so many other challenges. I feel stronger than ever, healthier than ever in body and mind and no signs of that changing!

That was a lot to deal with Sassy. And you are so right about those last ten lbs. Wonder why this is so??? I see some ounces down. This work too.
