I guess a .4 pound loss isn't too bad compared to the way I've been eating. Ugh these holidays sure are tough. I think I've found some more motivation and am hoping I can stick with it. I know this up coming holiday weekend is going to be very difficult but we'll see what I can do with it.
Since school is over I have a little more time on my hands so I walked the dog yesterday but he was acting up for me. I should of expected it since I haven't been walking him a lot lately, so he may not respect me and I need to earn that back. It sure is embarrassing walking my rottweiler and he is jumping out of control and I'm jsut standing there yanking on him and yelling heel heel! I defiantely have to work on that lol.
