Super fed up, didn’t want to post my weight but I need to be honest with myself & face it! Time to find some motivation. Too much holding me back, NO MORE! I just want my confidence & my body back. I just want to be me again 💖

I'm exactly the same dancing queen, fed up and nearly 40 overweight, overworked and depressed. But.... I am going to start again, stop eating takeaways during the week and cut it down to once a week treat night. We are all here to support each other, together we can do this x

you've got this! I feel the same way I just want to be me and I'm going on to 16 stone and I've NEVER been that weight (sorry for offending anyone with that weight) I know how you feel as I feel the same but together we can do this!!
