Holy crap! You do your leg routine- and I'll do mine! 😂 When you do the leg extensions with a pause at the top- point your toes outward for the pause. It's killer. Been doing drop sets without a break for those- burns so bad you have to jump off the machine and try to shake your legs.

Yeah, I asked him like “who the fuck does 100 reps of anything?”. He said “we, do cuz we different”. Shit I don’t want to be different 😂
It always starts so innocent, until I realize he played me. His other fave is cable shoulder presses. 5 left, 5 right, 5 both, then 4 left, 4 right, 4 both. Down to zero. Second set is going up from 1 left, 1 right, 1 both. Last is 35 or as he says “let it rip”... I’m getting what I pay for...
