Must be such a relief!! How are you feeling peeper? 

It is! I’m good today. Had a little episode yesterday after they took the drain out and replaced my steri strips. Dr said my blood pressure bottomed out. I felt super nauseous and toward the end I had to keep my mouth closed and focus on breathing so as to not lose my lunch lol. Found out my body doesn’t like the fast approach to taking out the drains and changing the strips. Odd though because it didn’t really hurt, just a few seconds, but my body responded with nausea. Dr made me lay down and I immediately felt better. I’m even taking ondansetron for nausea! Needless to say I didn’t have the afternoon snack I’d been wanting lol. Didn’t need that 250 kcal anyway!

Me too! Now on to healing and waiting on cultures for about two months then back to see if I can start the expander process in Nov/Dec

Thanks guys! HCB the nausea from the meds is my only complaint right now (the boob pad is tolerable lol). When the tummy rolls I’ve found food helps a ton. Which means we will see an uptick on my scale soon lol. I’m guessing about 125 when all’s said and done as I’m not limiting myself and just grabbing something quick when needed. Tummy getting a bit more fat on it but everything else staying the same lol. Perhaps the dr will want to do fat grafting and will take some of it later on haha. He told me the other day that I just didn’t have a lot of fat and tissue to take to make a boob of my own. #1 that’s awesome because I don’t know if that tissue would get cancer (an implant can’t) #2 it was awesome to hear a dr say I didn’t have a lot of fat and tissue to choose from lol. I refused to let him take my muscle! Plus there are advantages to implants. Less tissue for cancer to come back in, breasts the same size/shape, no losing them when I lose weight, no bra necessary most days, tops finally fit like they should... gotta look at the bright side of things!
