Finally under 180. It took sooooooooo long. I'm going to weigh in again next Sunday and if I'm still under 180 I will change my goal to 169.

The best weight loss is the slow one, for one’s body adjusts and you tend not to gain it back as fast . Good going girl!!! It has been 2 months for me just to lose 20lbs yet, I know it’s a life change that will be permanent! Just need to be always glued to the scale and never take it for granite. Congratulations!
