Ups and downs and ups and downs... LOL One day I would like it to go down properly :p I did find out that my chewable vitamin c tablets I have been having recently had glucose in it (undisclosed on the bottle). I bought some sugar free Ester-C instead and now hubby gets to chew the others.

It truly IS a conspiracy....there's sugar of some sort in nearly everything these days! Good thing you caught that and that there's a sugar-free alternative.

Yeah I am glad. I only found out by looking on their website. Lucky I did! No wonder they tasted so good LOL

I guess I had better be checking my chewable C too. Thanks for putting that bug in my ear. I don't understand why they can't just put on the label what is actually in stuff. It does get frustrating. Boy you don't have to tell me about the fluctuating in the weight. Mine has been up and down between 161 - 167 for a while now. I just want to see 159, even if it is for a day.lol Have a wonderful day:)

I agree, Laurie...it is a sin and a shame that they can put this stuff in the things that are supposed to be healthy for you, and not even tell you. What if you are diabetic??? My weight has been STUCK at 188 for weeks again! Guess that I should be grateful that is isn't going up. :)
