Another great weight in day still loosing somehow still with no excercise but my N.E.A.T is on point always on the go. As embarrasing as it may sound now suffering from Jock Icth in my inner thighs need to start toning soon to tighten the loose skin but I am lately in more pain than ever maybe because of the cloudy days not helping my Fibro😔 Any advice on how to avoid jock icth or heat rash since I lost too much weight now my body is reshaping and rubbing in all the wrong places.

Body glide anti chafe stick. That’s what my runner friend used. I don’t 🏃‍♀️ so I have no first hand knowledge.

TR- CVS, Target, or Walmart carries it.

I use the jock itch spray from Walmart. Works wonders!

try buying some Spanx shorts to keep everything where it needs to be. just a thought and I used to weigh 430 lb so I know about loose skin but my loose skin is on my stomach it's tough to deal with but we will prevail

Medicated powder to soothe and heal if you suffer from it. Online hack suggested rolling on deodorant to keep it from happening.

Amazing work, love. You have come so far with all your efforts, proud of you!! I heard that baby rash cream like Desitin can help. It’s strong, but gentle on private parts. Hope you feel better soon.

I use cream and longer shorts. This is the worst time of the year for me with the fibromyalgia. Sometimes I think I need a sign that says I have it because most people dont understand.😷🥰🙏

Derek, the struggle🤦‍♀️ I did have a drawer full of spandex and girdles I couldn't fit into before started wearing the shorts just 3 days ago is alot better now. I use to bounce back before but after 2 kids and getting up to my heaviest 250lbs is another story going to have to do alot of squats.

Carol, Which cream? And yes me too everyone says but you look great you sure don't look sick to me it's so terrible .
