After surgery gain. This is NOT a true gain!

Was just curious as to how much I gained with al the fluids. This is with a t shirt and jeans on. I was 124.7 on their scale right before surgery with these clothes on. 2# of fluid.

Within a few days this will be completely gone and hopefully a few more pounds. Just logging for future reference.

This one was the last surgery last week. They think I had a ruptured implant so he changed it out. Healing fine but hating this 5# limit! I’m hoping when I see him next week that he will let me go back to the gym!

This surgery should be my last one unless I have another rupture at some point. They only last 10-20 years so I’ll probably have to swap them both out again down the road.

This is showing up twice as if you posted 7 hours ago and on July 29th. It is the exact same post and this is why we were confused. How odd of Fat Secrets to do that?

Hoping that you get the okay as well for the gym. Tough to be patient but it's important to heal.

Hmmm that’s odd! Thanks! I bought some 10# weights in case he says I can do at home workouts but not gym workouts. I’m considering using my 5# or 10# weights tomorrow. The paperwork says 5# or less for ten days and it’s day 12. But last time he moved me up to 10# then 20# then whatever I wanted. I’m guessing he will do the same.
