Hugs. Focus on you and what you want for your body. Be positive, I know it's hard with being depressed and no support. We're here for you 

adipex has worked really well for me so far. I only have to take half a pill and I hardly want to eat at all. I have to make myself eat. Improved my mood alot too! Just work at it and keep your head up and remember you are beautiful regardless of what anyone else thinks or says.  

I truly hope your emotional state gets better. It is hard to care and stay motivated when those we love put us down. You have us here, your FS family and we think you are a beautiful person! Remember, you must love yourself and take care of you...everything else will fall into place and be as it should in time. 🤗💐

I'm sorry your husband isn't supportive..I'm almost the same weight as you. I know how it feels to be this size. it doesn't feel good, but we're in this together!!!

I’m sorry. Prove them all wrong. Love yourself if others aren’t loving you. You deserve it!! 

Find something YOU love to do and find a friend to do it with. I got a paddle board and a new swim dress and found a few new friends at the lake . It made all the difference.  

So many FS people have already given you great advice but I'll add to it anyway. Make your journey about you, for you. Don't isolate from others. That is not going to help. You need people on your corner. Evidently, hubby isn't. Please don't let yourself down. Keep plugging away for your health and your future.
